The Opportunity
An established and growing professional services firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior leader with a busy and evolving portfolio. This is a hands-on, high-trust role where you’ll act as a true right-hand, helping to manage priorities, streamline workflows, and ensure both internal and client-facing matters are handled efficiently. You’ll be working within a collaborative environment, alongside a broader administration team, with scope to expand your responsibilities over time.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing a high-volume inbox, drafting responses, and ensuring timely follow-ups
  • Coordinating meetings and maintaining an organised, prioritised workflow
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
  • Supporting billing processes, including WIP management and invoice coordination
  • Assisting with timesheet preparation and ensuring accuracy ahead of review
  • Monitoring deadlines and managing compliance-related workflows
  • Coordinating tasks across internal teams to keep work progressing smoothly
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies
About You
  • Extensive experience in an EA role, ideally within a professional or corporate setting
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Sound judgement and the ability to work proactively without constant direction
  • A calm and adaptable approach under pressure
  • Strong systems skills and confidence learning new tools
  • Proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented, a strong communicator who builds relationships with ease
  • Comfortable taking ownership and seeing tasks through to completion, resilient, with a positive attitude
What’s on Offer
  • Competitive salary package
  • Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options
  • Part-time flexibility across five days if required
  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities
  • Supportive and collaborative team culture
  • Convenient CBD location close to public transport
  • Business casual dress environment
