Executive Assistant - Professional Services- Executive Assistant to Senior Leader, a high-trust, hands-on role within a growing professional services environment
- Right-hand support managing priorities, streamlining workflows, and coordinating both internal and client-facing activities
- Up to $150K package with flexible full-time or part-time options in a central Sydney CBD location
An established and growing professional services firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior leader with a busy and evolving portfolio. This is a hands-on, high-trust role where you’ll act as a true right-hand, helping to manage priorities, streamline workflows, and ensure both internal and client-facing matters are handled efficiently. You’ll be working within a collaborative environment, alongside a broader administration team, with scope to expand your responsibilities over time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a high-volume inbox, drafting responses, and ensuring timely follow-ups
- Coordinating meetings and maintaining an organised, prioritised workflow
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
- Supporting billing processes, including WIP management and invoice coordination
- Assisting with timesheet preparation and ensuring accuracy ahead of review
- Monitoring deadlines and managing compliance-related workflows
- Coordinating tasks across internal teams to keep work progressing smoothly
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies
- Extensive experience in an EA role, ideally within a professional or corporate setting
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Sound judgement and the ability to work proactively without constant direction
- A calm and adaptable approach under pressure
- Strong systems skills and confidence learning new tools
- Proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented, a strong communicator who builds relationships with ease
- Comfortable taking ownership and seeing tasks through to completion, resilient, with a positive attitude
