Are you a switched on and corporate Executive Assistant? Fantastic ongoing temporary contract based in Sydney CBD’s for a leading investment management client.

Our leading investment management client is looking for a well presented, professional and switched on Executive Assistant / Office Manager to assist them in their stunning CBD offices.

In this role, you will be providing high level support and it will involve a mix of duties that include but are not limited to:
  • Managing diaries / meetings and coordinating calendars
  • Organising domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Producing detailed travel itineraries for the office
  • Preparing and processing expenses
  • Assisting and supporting the office in every aspect of the role
Working 9:00am to 5:30pm, you will need:
  • Proven experience of successfully supporting all levels in a team
  • Highly proficient administrative skills including all MS Office applications
  • Highly organised and proactive
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Corporate presentation with a confident and friendly personality
