Are you a switched on and corporate Executive Assistant?  Fantastic temporary to permanent role based in North Sydney – immediate start

  • 5 + years’ EA experience
  • North Sydney
  • Immediately available

Our financial services client is looking for a well presented and professional Executive Assistant to provide full administrative and secretarial support to their Head of Human Resources within their North Sydney offices. 
In this role you will be providing high level support and it will involve a mix of duties that include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively manage diary and co-ordinate meetings
  • Organise and attend meetings and conferences
  • Coordinate HR Reports and HR Communications to managers and employees
  • Maintain confidential records
  • Organising travel arrangements for the HR team
  • Review HR policies and procedures as required.

Working 9:00am to 5:30pm, you will need:

  • 5+ years proven EA experience of supporting at manager level or above
  • Highly proficient administrative skills including all MS Office applications
  • Highly organised and proactive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in organising and coordinating large meetings
  • Corporate presentation with a confident and friendly personality
