This is a company in the education sector located in Melbourne's CBD. Currently looking for a skilled and experience Executive Assistant join this temp to permanent opportunity. Must be particularly skilled in minute taking as this is a large part of the role and is required at Board level.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating meetings; preparing agendas, organising venues, taking minutes
- Diary and calendar management
- Liaising with stakeholders to coordinate presentations
- Reporting
- Prepare correspondence of meeting outcomes
- Supporting data bases, administrative systems and processes and policies to ensure all information is accurately stored and accessible
- Other duties as required by the Leadership team.
About you
- Ideally previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, or High-level Administrator
- Must be highly experienced in minute taking
- Exceptional interpersonal skills - strong written and verbal communicator
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders to meet deadlines
- High attention to detail
- High level of technology skills
- Maintain professionalism at all times
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic working environment
