This is a fantastic position for an experience team coordinator who has had some exposure to resource management.

This is a full time position paying up to $550 a day including Super based in North Sydney.

This role exists to support the Planning & Governance Manager and GM, Information & Analytics in coordinating tasks and teams. The role provides value by taking accountability for resource management tasks, cost and invoicing administration, timesheet control and providing administrative support where required. 

Resource management (60%) 

Manage and drive the resourcing process across the CDO program: 

  • Coordinate all resourcing requests, acting as the central point of contact 
  • Liaise with vendors and program managers to fulfil resource requests 
  • Generate and coordinate approval of contract agreements - Statements of Work (SOWs) 
  • Raise and manage Purchase Orders for resources, as required 
  • Review timesheets completed by team and arrange cost allocations 
  • Embed a supply and demand model into the resourcing process to drive efficiency 


Team administration (40%) 

Coordinate meetings and activities across CDO program teams and for the GM, Information and Analytics: 

  • Schedule program status meetings 
  • Coordinate and make arrangements for regular team meetings (e.g. “All hands”) including agendas, information packs, webinar arrangements, etc. 
  • Assist with on-boarding and induction activities for new starters 
  • Assist team members with Expense Management 
  • Provide administrative support, where required 

Skills Required: 

  • 3-5 years in a similar role 
  • Project Coordinator, team assistant, junior scheduler etc 
  • Must be able to take their own initiative when manager is not around 
  • ability to work autonomously 
  • Advanced skills in all Microsoft suites - particularly outlook 
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priories 
  • Ability to manage complex diaries/calendars, liaise with internal stakeholders on availability 
  • A go-getter, self starter able to cope with a fast pace and ever changing environment
