Job description
I am currently looking for an experienced office manager to join a start-up tech company based within the CBD.
You will be working within a modern, busy and energetic office on a full time bases, working 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday.
I am looking for somebody with a background as an office manager who has the willingness and ability to take on this busy role.
Duties to include:
- Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs
- Scheduling meetings & appointments
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies
- Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
- Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, i.e. parties, celebrations and conferences
- Address any employee queries e.g. stationary, Hardware and travel arrangements
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
This is a temporary position with no end date secured.
