My Client are happy to take someone on with minimal experience so long as they have a tertiary qualification (Finance/Accounting degree minimum) and a real desire to learn and progress their career.

Full training provided, keen to make this person an Analyst inside 12 months. 

The Finance Officer’s daily role includes preparation of Purchase Requisition and invoices, ensuring that it is performed at a timely manner with accuracy. The role interacts closely with the Finance Analyst to perform general reconciliation and validation work. This role is perfect for an entry level/graduate, whom is seeking the first step to the Finance career with potential growth opportunity in the company.

• Complete all month end processing and account reconciliations to high quality within agreed timelines
• Preparation of Purchase Requisition for the business with accuracy and timely manner
• Preparation and processing of suppliers and customers invoices
• Address and resolve suppliers and customer queries in timely and accurate manner.
• Assist in consolidation and reporting activities
• Assist in general validation work on the data collected and escalate any unexpected results or inconsistencies in data
• Assist in adhoc projects and data requests

The Ideal Candidate 

• Degree in business or related field highly regarded. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Any accounting/finance experience is a bonus but not essential
• Experience with BYNX, Oracle and Excel highly desired
• Good attention to details, written and verbal communication skills
• Most of all a can do attitude with an inquisitive nature
