A leading manufacturing business is looking to hire a Senior Finance Systems Lead who will look after the whole ERP implementation across the business.
Responsibilities for the role will include:
- Providing expertise and recommendations in the design and build of business processes and system specifications, and project managing the migration & implementation
- Engaging finance and business stakeholders in terms of business requirements, continual progress updates, reporting, business process approvals and their involvement in configuration, testing and implementation
- Assist with the design and development of new or improved procedures
- Facilitating the implementation and support of the chosen system to enhance the finance business functionality and performance
- Assisting in defining and producing procedures and documentation for business end users and providing training in the new processes and functionalities
- Acting as an advocate for the new ERP system by engaging with stakeholders at all level of the organisation to increase understanding
Requirements for the role will include:
- Must be a qualified accountant (CA/CPA or equivalent)
- Must have ERP implementation experience
- Must have strong communication skills and be able to influence senior managers and directors
