Job description
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor with a strong background in fitout and finishes to join a high-performing project team on a contract basis till the end of the year!Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all fitout and finishing activities on site.
- Manage and supervise subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate multiple trades and maintain project programme milestones.
- Monitor site activities, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to maintain project progress.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
- Liaise with the project team, consultants, and subcontractors to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience as a Fitout Supervisor on commercial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of fitout sequencing, finishes, and trade coordination.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme delivery.
- A strong commitment to site safety and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
