Job description
My management consulting client is looking for a confident, enthusiastic and professional Front of House with office experience for a 3-month full-time temporary role in Canberra. Must be immediately available!Your duties include but are not limited to:
- Giving tours to potential clients wishing to tour the available floor space
- Booking the floor space
- Ensuring those using the office space are settled and happy
- Diary management
- Problem solving any issues
- 2+ years client facing experience
- Good attention to detail
- Confident verbal and written communication skills
- Welcome, enthusiastic and friendly personality
