Job description
- HSE Administrator for a Luxury Brand
- Part-time 3 month contract potential longer term opportunities | Working 3-4 day week
- Hybrid flexible working environment | 1/2 days from home
- Assisting with the ongoing review and preparation of documentation such as policies, procedures, manuals, plans and map.
- Maintaining and coordinating changes to the digital management systems.
- Assisting with planning, implementation, recording and reporting of compliance related activities.
- Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of HSE data and performance.
- Preparing presentations for HSE committee meetings.
- Providing administration support to the wider team on HSE activities and initiatives as required.
About you:
- Previous HSE experience ideal or similar experience with quality control, reporting or compliance.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
