HSE Administrator for a Luxury Brand
Part-time 3 month contract potential longer term opportunities | Working 3-4 day week

Join this leading luxury brand where you will be supporting the HSE Manager to assist with ensuring compliance to legislative standards while delivering internal processes and initiatives. You will be surrounded by a close knit, supportive team, who offer a flexible work-life balance working environment.
This is a part-time role, working 3-4 days per week. The organisation operate on a hybrid working model and you will be able to work from home 1-2 days per week.
Key skills/ responsibilities:
Assisting with the ongoing review and preparation of documentation such as policies, procedures, manuals, plans and map.
Maintaining and coordinating changes to the digital management systems.
Assisting with planning, implementation, recording and reporting of compliance related activities.
Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of HSE data and performance.
Preparing presentations for HSE committee meetings.
Providing administration support to the wider team on HSE activities and initiatives as required.
Previous HSE experience ideal or similar experience with quality control, reporting or compliance.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build strong professional relationships
