Height Safety Specialist | Brisbane | $110K–$120K + Super + Car + BonusWe're partnering with a leading industrial equipment supplier to find a Height Safety Specialist to drive sales and margin growth across the East Coast, while raising the bar on technical delivery and customer service. This is a permanent, Brisbane or Mackay based role with genuine autonomy — you'll be the technical backbone connecting sales, service, and site delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
Technical & Site Support
- Provide on-site support for height safety installations, ensuring safety, compliance, and DIFOT targets are met
- Supervise projects end-to-end — confirming crews have the right skills and resources, and providing training/feedback where needed
- Ensure installs meet standard and that all certification documentation is completed correctly
- Follow (and flag risks against) project schedules, work method statements, and HSE guidelines — internal and external
- Support Business Development Managers with technical input on quoting, tendering, and joint site visits to maximise win rates
- Act as the technical mentor for the sales team, building their confidence on height safety solutions
- Identify and pursue new height safety project opportunities aligned with growth targets
- Manage project documentation — checklists, schedules, budgets, timelines — and proactively flag anything that could impact delivery or safety
- Deliver installations on time and on budget, hitting revenue, margin, DIFOT, and labour utilisation targets
- Proven experience in the height safety industry
- A track record of hitting sales targets and following through on customer commitments
- Strong communication skills across a wide range of clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Solid working knowledge of relevant standards and installed system compliance
- A genuine drive to grow the business and win new work
