Job description

My financial services client is looking for a HR administrator to join their team of 7 on an initial 6 month contract. This is a vacancy that my client is looking to fill permanently after the 6 month contract. 

This is a full time position working 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday based in the CBD.

My client is happy to recruit an experienced administrator who is looking for a career in HR.
  • Act as first point of contact for all employees
  • Provide end to end on-boarding support
  • Provide admin support
  • Assist in the production and updating of company policies
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations & spread sheets as required
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of information
  • Support the implementation of programs and projects where required
  • Ad hoc admin & HR duties
