Your key responsibilities include:
- Support in implementation of HR policies and initiatives
- Supporting leaders with performance management
- Coach and Mentor business leaders in effective people performance
- Execute performance reviews and remuneration
- Onboarding new starters and partnering with business leaders in relations to IR / ER activities and advise around performance
- Talent development and interpretation of award and legislation.
To be successful in this role you must:
- Have qualifications in HR, Industrial Relation, or Business Studies
- HR Advisory experience
- Have strong interpersonal- and organisational skills as well as analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Have HR experience with influencing, coaching, relationship building
- Ability to seek out HR related projects and coordinate them to completion
- Be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
