My financial services client is looking for an experienced Administrator/Receptionist for a temporary position based in the CBD. My client is looking to fill the position on a permanent basis but initially is looking for some temporary support.
This is a full time position working 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday based in the CBD.
Duties to include:
- Administrative support for a team of 8
- Meeting & greeting of clients
- Diary management
- Reception duties
- Travel arrangements
