Job description
My modern banking client based in the CBD is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and customer service focused candidate to join them on a permanent full time basis.Fantastic location to work, close to public transport with a vibrant and dynamic working environment, this is a fantastic opportunity for anybody looking to join a team and utilise their customer service skills.
This is an inbound telephone position, you will be the first point of contact for any issues relating to transactions.
This is a full time position working 8am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday based in the CBD.
Duties to include:
- Resolving issues
- Escalating issues
- Documenting phone calls
- Administration
- Customer service
- Inbound telephone calls
