Job description
I'm currently partnering on an exciting opportunity for a skilled Change Consultant to join a high-performing transformation environment delivering large-scale technology and workforce change initiatives.
This role sits within a collaborative transformation team focused on driving successful adoption across complex digital programs including Salesforce, SAP and ServiceNow initiatives.
We're looking for someone who combines strong structured change capability with a highly people-focused approach — someone able to work closely with stakeholders and end users, including teams with limited exposure to system and process change.
Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting end-to-end change activities across digital transformation programs
- Driving stakeholder engagement, business readiness and user adoption initiatives
- Working directly with impacted users to help simplify and navigate change
- Facilitating workshops, readiness sessions and change interventions
- Supporting cultural transformation and future ways of working
- Applying human-centred design and agile methodologies to improve workforce engagement
- Building trusted relationships with leaders, project teams and business stakeholders
- Translating complex technical change into practical, user-friendly outcomes
- Proven experience delivering change across Salesforce, SAP and/or ServiceNow programs
- Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption activities
- Ability to work closely with end users and support teams through uncertainty and transition
- Confident workshop facilitation and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Structured and organised approach to change delivery
- Consulting or enterprise transformation experience highly regarded
- Someone pragmatic, empathetic and hands-on in their approach
