Opportunity for an experienced Training Manager to further develop into organisational development.  Training, Content & Facilitation skills essential.

As the L&D Business Partner you will be managing the design, development and delivery of the organisational learning and development strategies, projects, and initiatives.


About you 
  • Advanced training & facilitation skills
  • Experience shaping learning strategies
  • Experience with learning content development
  • A good understanding of how organisational effectiveness is achieved
  • Demonstrated strong conceptual and analytical thinking

About the role    
  • Shape a learning strategy around professional development
  • Content development
  • Analyse learning needs
  • Identifying methods of delivery
  • Review and assess training participation
  • Partnering with the wider People & Culture team to drive projects
  • Identify, analyse learning practices
  • Review existing learning managements
