About the Company

Charterhouse are partnering with global not-for-profit organisation who have a unique opportunity for a proactive and skilled Marketing Manager, to oversee the Acquisitions team. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing acquisition strategies, leading the development & delivery of campaigns, and owning all paid media partnerships. This is initially a 12-month fixed term contract, but with the opportunities available in a business of this nature, there could well be scope for longer term work.

How you will make an impact?

  • Develop, communicate & maintain the Acquisition plan
  • Create meaningful content in line with branding guidelines
  • Digital Marketing - end to end campaign management
  • Website Management and development 
  • Data analytics and reporting
  • Research & analysis
  • Stakeholder engagement and sharing best practice

 

To be successful in this role, you will have;

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing/ Communications or a relevant field
  • Proven experience in marketing and managing large campaigns/budgets
  • Experience managing a well tenured team
  • The ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally 
  • Demonstrated experience delivering results - managing performance driven programs to positive outcomes.
  • Superior communication and influencing skills as well as being commercially minded and a strategic thinker
  • Demonstrated experience working with paid campaigns particularly socials & word campaigns
  • Experience within Local Government, Education or Not for Profit sectors would be advantageous  
  • The ability to understand the importance of data analytics and data integrity
  • Previous experience managing AdWords and reporting
