About the Company
Charterhouse are partnering with global not-for-profit organisation who have a unique opportunity for a proactive and skilled Marketing Manager, to oversee the Acquisitions team. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing acquisition strategies, leading the development & delivery of campaigns, and owning all paid media partnerships. This is initially a 12-month fixed term contract, but with the opportunities available in a business of this nature, there could well be scope for longer term work.

How you will make an impact?
- Develop, communicate & maintain the Acquisition plan
- Create meaningful content in line with branding guidelines
- Digital Marketing - end to end campaign management
- Website Management and development
- Data analytics and reporting
- Research & analysis
- Stakeholder engagement and sharing best practice
To be successful in this role, you will have;
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing/ Communications or a relevant field
- Proven experience in marketing and managing large campaigns/budgets
- Experience managing a well tenured team
- The ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
- Demonstrated experience delivering results - managing performance driven programs to positive outcomes.
- Superior communication and influencing skills as well as being commercially minded and a strategic thinker
- Demonstrated experience working with paid campaigns particularly socials & word campaigns
- Experience within Local Government, Education or Not for Profit sectors would be advantageous
- The ability to understand the importance of data analytics and data integrity
- Previous experience managing AdWords and reporting
