Job description

You will be responsible for:

  • Covering reception if needed
  • Assisting with coordinating meeting rooms
  • Receiving, sorting and redirecting mail
  • Processing external mail, including management of special classes of mailings such as registered mail, express post and international
  • Maintaining log books
  • Maintaining inbound and outbound courier log books
  • Contacting individuals to notify of packages and consignment items that have arrived
  • Delivering incoming mail to individual departments twice daily, collecting outgoing mail


To be successful in this role you will have:
