Job description
- $60-$65K + (dependent on experience)

This role is varied and busy and requires a confident Assistant to assist across a wide variety of the recruitment duties including the below, as well as assisting with projects as required.
- Drafting/posting adverts
- Creating and updating CRM files
- Formatting and editing resumes
- Updating schedules
- Preparing contracts
- Use of Fieldglass to import invoices and generate new starters
- Liaising and following-up candidates re paperwork
- Creating weekly and monthly reports for Management
- Liaising with Clients and Payroll in regard to invoices and required documents
- Assisting with Events and Sales and Marketing projects
- General adHoc administration
Due to the business and the success of the team this role is assisting you will need to have worked in a recruitment assistant role previously, experience with the Government recruitment process would be ideal but negotiable! First class Customer service and Communications skills are a must and the other requirements for the role include:
- Previous experience of the Fieldglass system or similar SAP experience
- Strong time management and attention to details skills
- Happy to help attitude but able to push back when required!
