Job description

I am looking for a candidate for a very busy administration role working for my prestigious property investment firm.
Hours of work are full time, Monday – Friday 8am – 5.30pm.

Supporting a team of 5 directly reporting to the PA, you will be responsible for the administration of all team documents.

  • Chasing payments on the telephone & via email
  • Typing of contracts
  • Typing of letters
  • Formatting documents
  • Answering telephones
  • Replenishing office stationary
  • Organising & filing of paperwork
  • Updating and maintaining database

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong project coordinator or a strong administrator from a property background.
