Job description

This NSW Government Department is seeking an administrator to support a small but busy team with a high volume of administrative functions.

Primary Purpose
Support the effective and efficient operations of the division by providing administrative Support and customer service to a small but busy team.

Duties:

  • Transcribing documents
  • Giving general advice to customers via email and phone
  • Undertakes data entry and data transfer from paper-based to records keeping systems
  • Works alongside standard policies and procedures within office administration
  • Monitoring and assisting the licensing mailbox
  • Any Adhoc Administration tasks

Criteria:

  • High attention to detail
  • Customer service experience
  • Professional and helpful nature
  • Proficient with Word and Excel
  • Multitasker who can prioritise workload
  • Government experience would be advantageous
