This role is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic Personal Assistant who is seeking variety and a new challenge 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
  • Extensive diary management; internal & external meeting coordination 
  • Organising travel and accommodation bookings 
  • Extensive minute taking 
  • Proven experience supporting MD in a fast-paced professional environment 
  • Well-developed time management skills with the ability to cope under the pressure of deadlines and multitasking 

 

About you 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a positive attitude 
  • Proven administrative and organisational skills - must be MS Office proficient 
  • Highly organised and able to organise competing priorities   
  • Strong presentation skills/attention to detail  
  • Utmost integrity, discretion, and confidentiality with experience dealing with highly sensitive information
