Job description
A prominent NSW Government Department requires an experienced part time Administrator to support a dynamic HR team 2 days per week.
Duties/ Task
- Support the part time HR Advisor in the delivery of efficient and responsive HR services
- Deliver administration support services to support the delivery of HR policies
- Maintain strong client and team relationships
- Review, update and generate correspondence, records, planning forecasts and analysis and budget/costing reports
- Act as an initial point of contact for HR issues and support coordination of resolution of these issues
- Assist with the administration support in areas of finance, human resources and records management
- Database and records management
- Direction of correspondence via phone and email
Essential Skills
- Excellent organisation skills and experience in the provision of effective administrative support, and ability to prioritise
- Good written and verbal communication skills and experience in working with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated intermediate level word processing and spreadsheet skills. Experience using outlook, word and excel
- Previous experience supporting a team or Manager
- A team player who can take initiative
