I am currently recruiting for an experienced administrator for a temporary position based in Bella Vista. This is a part time role (2 days a week) The role is working within a fast pace team environment where you will be providing administrative support in a team of up to 10 professionals.
Duties within the role will include:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Skills:
- Exceptional written and communication skills
- Experience in coordinating reporting
- Good interpersonal skills, outgoing, friendly and able to engage with a range of people
- Highly organised, good time management skills and an ability to prioritise workload
- Confident in juggling multiple deadlines and competing priorities
