Job description

Responsibilities Include:

  • ​Clerical and administrative functions within the office
  • Preparation of letters, memoranda and reports
  • Co-ordination and support for meetings and appointments
  • Liaison and co-ordination with a wide range of program stakeholders
  • Documentation - preparation, review and finalization
  • Attending meetings, taking minutes and their subsequent preparation and distribution.


Essential Criteria:

  • SAP and TRIM experience essential
  • Well presented and good communication skills
  • May direct and lead others so experience in a similar role is essential
  • ​Friendly and personable
  • Efficient 
  • Responsive - able to operate well in a busy and complex environment
  • Proactive and self starter.
  • Government experience preferred
