About the company
My Client is an established Australian Construction business.  They have a highly recognised reputation in the industry and are now seeking a Payroll Manager to join their Sydney Office for a Short-Term Contract.  You will be responsible for end-to-end payroll for over 300 employees and must be able to work autonomously as this is a stand-alone role.
 
About the Role
The key responsibilities of this role include:
•    Prepare weekly/monthly payroll for over 300 Employees
•    Monthly calculation of annual leave / long service leave / payroll tax / group tax / terminations & superannuation payments
•    Attend to all payroll queries from HR / Management / Finance and Employees 
•    EOM duties : bank reconciliations / sub ledger reconciliations / GL rollovers / Workbench rollovers 
•    Debtors processing receipts and uploading invoices & daily Cash Collection report 
•    Investigate and resolve all accounts payable enquiries 
•    Other ad-hoc duties as required  
 
About You
To be successful in this role -
  • You will have 3-5 years experience in a Stand Alone role
  • Ability to process payroll accurately and on time
  • Ability to process payroll for 300+ Employees
  • Master of Chris21
