Working with one of the largest education brands located in Melbourne's CBD. Looking for a Personal Assistant to the Director on a temp basis providing high level administrative support working 38 hours a week for 6 months.  

 

Responsibilities 

  • High level admin support to Director  
  • Diary management  
  • Travel and accommodation coordination 
  • Supporting team with a variety of projects and admin support 
  • Maintenance Director’s inbox 
  • Managing communication flow with key stakeholders 
  • Organizing and coordinating meetings  
  • Liaising with key stakeholders – internal and external 
  • Various other administrative tasks 

About you 

  • Ideally previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Team Assistant or Senior Administrator 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - strong written and verbal communicator  
  • Strong relationship management skills 
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills 
  • High level of technology skills – MS office 
  • Maintain professionalism 
  • Must have current WWCC and Police Check or willing to obtain
