Job description
Are you a switched on and professional Personal Assistant? Fantastic 6 month role based in Sydney’s CBD for a well known financial institution.

Our client is looking for a well presented, professional and switched on Personal Assistant to assist them for a 6 month contract located in their stunning offices in Sydney’s CBD.
In this role you will be providing high level support to the Head of Legal & Compliance and it will include a mix of duties that include but are not limited to:
- Emails and diary management
- Arranging international and domestic travel
- Processing invoices and expenses
- Preparing and amending presentations
- Formatting documents to a high standard
- Coordinating and schedule audio and video conference calls
Working 8:30am to 5:00pm, you will need a minimum of 5 years’ PA experience, have strong verbal and written communication skills, corporate presentation with a confident and friendly personality.
Due to the possibility of this role extending beyond 6 months, no working holiday visas can be considered.
