Planning & Environment Lawyer (4-10 PAE) - Associate or Senior Associate levelI'm currently partnering with several highly regarded specialist law firms in Sydney that are continuing to invest in experienced Planning & Environment lawyers.

- Competitive salary package in the vicinity of $135,000 – $185,000 (inclusive of super), depending on experience

Depending on the opportunity, you may advise on or act in matters involving:
- Planning and development approvals
- Land and Environment Court proceedings
- Planning appeals and judicial review
- Environmental regulation and compliance
- Local government and public sector advisory work
- Major infrastructure and development projects
- Compulsory acquisition
- Planning agreements and related project work
To Be Successful You'll ideally have:
- Approximately 4+ years' post-admission experience in Planning & Environment law
- Experience gained within private practice, government or local government
- Exposure to litigation, advisory or transactional Planning & Environment matters
- Strong drafting, communication and client relationship skills
- A genuine interest in developing your career within this specialist area of law
