A multinational FMCG business is looking to hire a Pricing Analyst to provide pricing solutions to customers. You will use information resources regarding customer needs, data, market conditions, internal margin/revenue targets to prepare internal proposals for pricing strategies.
Responsibilities for the role will include:
- Develop and maintain pricing tools and profitability models
- Grow total gross margin by identifying pricing actions that encourage higher sale values, margin rates and customer satisfaction
- Forecast margins to help business understand seasonal pricing
- Monitor input costing changes
- Present pricing analysis at monthly strategy meeting
Requirements for the role will include:
- Must be a qualified accountant (CA/CPA or equivalent)
- Experience within planning, forecasting and business analysis
- Experience within FMCG/retail
- Excellent communication skills
