Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator for a contract role within the Government Sector. The Project Coordinator will support the Project Officer with Admin duties relating to various Projects.

Duties within the role will include:

  • Reviews Loan Docs
  • Coordinates all projects and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately
  • ompiles project status reports
  • Coordinates project schedules
  • Manages project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problems.
  • Writing briefs
  • Complete Procurement paperwork
  • RM8 File Maintenance Interaction with Program Delivery Team and Client Engagement team to gather information that may be needed  

Essentials:

  • Exceptional written and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team oriented environment
  • Excellent Communication and People Sills are essential
  • Previous experience in Customer Service Good interpersonal skills, outgoing, friendly and able to engage with a range of people
  • Highly organised, good time management skills and an ability to prioritise workload
  • Confident in juggling multiple deadlines and competing priorities
  • Previous experience in working in a similar regulatory environment
