Job description
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator for a contract role within the Government Sector. The Project Coordinator will support the Project Officer with Admin duties relating to various Projects.
Duties within the role will include:
- Reviews Loan Docs
- Coordinates all projects and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately
- ompiles project status reports
- Coordinates project schedules
- Manages project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problems.
- Writing briefs
- Complete Procurement paperwork
- RM8 File Maintenance Interaction with Program Delivery Team and Client Engagement team to gather information that may be needed
Essentials:
- Exceptional written and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team oriented environment
- Excellent Communication and People Sills are essential
- Previous experience in Customer Service Good interpersonal skills, outgoing, friendly and able to engage with a range of people
- Highly organised, good time management skills and an ability to prioritise workload
- Confident in juggling multiple deadlines and competing priorities
- Previous experience in working in a similar regulatory environment
