About the Company 
 
This large education body currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator, with concept to execution project experience, to join their team on a contract basis. The purpose of the role is to create and roll out education training to senior members of staff.  

 
About the Role; 

  • Must be able to manage and see the project through start, middle and end.  
  • Stakeholder engagement – phone and email 
  • Innovation and execution of program 
  • To design and construct a central information repository that can be maintained and further developed – ideally using SharePoint 
  • Identification and collation of relevant documentation  

 

The successful candidate will have;  

  • Demonstrated experience in project management  
  • Experience within projects, education or related fields is highly desirable. 
  • Understanding of formal proposals and tender requirements 
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to develop productive and collaborative working relationships. 
  • Experience reworking policies and procedures
  • A proactive and positive attitude towards work
  • Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal
