An exciting opportunity has become available with a highly regarded leader in the technology space for a motivated and organised Project Coordinator to join their team.

Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll play a key role supporting day-to-day coordination across projects, events, communications, and workplace initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating meetings, events, and partner engagement activities
- Assisting with internal communications and team updates
- Supporting workplace and office coordination activities
- Managing schedules, documentation, and project tracking
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Providing general administrative and operational support across the team
- 1–3 years’ experience within administration, coordination, customer service, events, marketing, or a similar support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Confident using Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
