This global leading Telco business has continued to grow from strength to strength.  With a number of large programs and projects now in place, an opportunity has arisen for a career driven project coordinator to join their highly professional and growing team.  In this role you will play a pivotal part in supporting the project manager / program managers where you will manage matrixed resources to achieve the project objectives on time, within scope and on budget.
 
The following skills/experience are essential for the position

  • Day to day support of LA&SE (state & nationally) teams to ensure the companies’ deployment & operation targets are met - collaboration 
  • Working with Land Access Advisors and State Managers to ensure the identification of private & public Land Owners within an assigned region to execute land access - Preparation of plans and frameworks which identifies key stakeholders and channels to market to obtain information in a timely manner 
  • Manage and liaise with key stakeholders - Provide LA&SE state teams with assurance or escalation regarding individual stakeholder land access requirements 
  • Develop and distribute LA&SE documents via approved templates to stakeholders to ensure meets the land access notification requirements 
  • Assist the LA&SE team to ensure land access is obtained within relevant legal and regulatory frameworks 
  • General Admin support as required 

To be successful for this position you will need:

  • Experience working in the telecommunication industry in a similar role preferred, or similar experience in an applicable industry e.g. Real Estate / Property administrator/coordinator or experience within construction
  • Tertiary qualifications in environmental or planning, would be well regarded 
  • Must have exceptional communications skills – a good communicator both written and verbal 
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills – ability to manage a variety of stakeholders at all levels 
  • Ability to problem solve and manage priorities 
  • High attention to detail 
  • Must have Microsoft Office Software experience - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Microsoft Publisher would be a bonus 
  • Some exposure to GIS Software systems
