Job description

Duties/ Task

  • Responding directly to requests from internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage the flow of briefings, correspondence and records management
  • Prepare work notifications, presentations, briefs, Ministerials, emails, and general project related communications to key stakeholders.
  • Manage the arrangement of meetings and functions, attended and hosted by Senior Officers.
  • Ensure completing work tasks within demanding timeframes
  • Manage confidential information and respond with discretion to enquires for a board range pf stakeholders.
  • administrative duties such as maintaining the customer management databases, ensuring complaints and enquiries are dealt with and reporting for the team is carried out.
  • Assist with support and operation of groups and precinct specific to Community and Business Forums 

Essential Skills

  • Excellent organisation skills and experience in the provision of effective administrative support, and ability to prioritise.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience in working with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated intermediate level word processing and spreadsheet skills. Experience using outlook, word and excel.
