Job description
You will be a highly-motivated team player with a minimum demonstrated evidence of at least 5 years' experience in all aspects of construction project management with SCEC Security with licence and understanding of NCC.Your role will also include:
- Working collaboratively with our clients to make sure we are seen as SCEC experts Consultant & Subcontractor negotiation, selection & management to consultant on security – construction related issues.
- Essential that you have excellent communication and presentation skills as you will also be dealing with clients
- Leadership of a team of professionals Monitoring sub contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
- Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing of projects
- Overseeing the beginning stages through to completion on project
