Job description

A prominent NSW Government department based in Sydney CBD is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join their busy team    

The role is to provide daily support to the Project Manager along with the wider team.  

Responsibilities:   

  • Assist to manage the project schedule
  • Provide administration support for the Manager and team
  • Administration for recruitment onboarding
  • Information gathering and collation of data
  • Creating project reports
  • Preparation of presentations
  • Assist with any ad-hoc duties  

The successful person will be highly organised with a strong attention to detail, exceptional minute taking skills, and sound documenting, scheduling and administrative skills.  

Essential Criteria:   

  • Previous project management skills would be preferred
  • Great attention to detail
  • MS Office experience including MS Project, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Documenting, scheduling and administrative skills
  • Excellent personable skills and fantastic communication
