Job description

A brand new Reception position has become available to start immediately, based in the CBD. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced receptionist to join a fantastic corporate company. 
As the front of house receptionist you will be in charge of manning the front desk, answering of the telephones, meeting and greeting clients and giving an incredible customer service to everyone who enters the building.  
 
Duties to include: 
  • Answering of the telephones 
  • Meeting and greeting clients 
  • Booking and arranging meeting rooms 
  • Liaising with IT support and catering staff 
  • Ordering of office supplies 
  • Ad-hoc Admin duties 
 
This is a full time position working 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday – close to transport links.   
 
Required skills: 
  • Previous Reception experience within a corporate environment 
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills 
  • Professional telephone manner 
  • Excellent customer service 
  • Ability to prioritise workload 
 
The position is paying $60,000 Package
