Temporary Receptionist position $25 + Super p/h
My client is looking for an immediately available candidate with recent reception experience working within a corporate environment I am looking for a temporary receptionist who can start at short notice. There is an opportunity for this role to become to be extended although this will be an initial temporary position of 6 weeks. This position is due to start on Monday with interviews being held this week. This role is on a full-time basis working 08.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. You will have

  • Strong reception experience
  • Great customer service
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to adapt to different situations
  • Prioritising skills
  • The role Front of house reception duties
  • Meeting & greeting visitors
  • Booking board rooms
  • Answering of telephones
  • Transferring through to relevant departments
  • Liaising with couriers & catering staff
