  • North Shore based.
  • Opportunity to step up for a Senior Officer into a Team Lead position.
  • You will be leading a team of up to 10 officers | managing workloads, mentoring, guidance and escalations | ability to multi-task is key.

 

My client is a reputable business, growing rapidly in their market space - they are looking for a Reconciliations Team Leader to join their established busy team.
You will be responsible for managing the work flows, mentoring and guiding the team and dealing with any disputes / escalations that are flagged.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is already a team leader and is looking to challenge themselves further, or for someone who works as a Senior / 2IC who is looking for career progression and a step up.
My client is located in the North Shore (parking on site available). This role is being offered as a permanent full time opportunity, paying $75k+super+bonus.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the day to day running and workflow of the Reconciliations team.
  • Ensure achievement of departments KPI’s.
  • Act as first point of reference for team members in resolution of more complex matter.
  • Identify and assess risks.
  • Manage the Negative Balance Report & implement strategies to maintain & reduce exposure in regards to this debt.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of processes through identification of problems and opportunities for improvement.


About you:

  • Experienced in reconciliations.
  • Credit / Risk background experience.
  • Ideally from Financial Services based industry.
  • Experienced in disputes and resolutions.
  • People management experience | or if not direct management, then in a mentoring capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Permanent Resident or AU / NZ citizen.
  • Able to work from home and office.
