Job description

The ideal candidate will be required to assist Legal Services team with archiving HRPM files and digitising a large volume of hard copy materials.

Responsibilities:
  • Archiving digital and physical HRPM files. (TRIM) Digitising loose hard copy materials in accordance with State Records GA45 standard.
  • Preparing and scanning documents to shared drive. Other duties as directed.
Required:
  • Experienced in a similar role, ideally in the government sector
  • Prior experience and knowledge with TRIM is ESSENTIAL
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
This role will have an immediate start so you will need to be able to commit to this role immediately as it is rather urgent!
