Charterhouse Partnership has a position available within one of the groups best performing teams. The successful candidate will look to develop, grow and take ownership of the organisations Specialist Commercial Division across the company’s large PSA clients.  

You’ll be looking at job families such as Communications, HR, L&D, Policy and Strategy across large Telco, FMCG and Financial Services organisations covering seniority anywhere from middle to senior executive management.

To be successful in this role, you’re somebody with a couple of years recruitment experience, are focused and are driven by a desire to succeed and a high level on conscientiousness and care in the work you produce. You’re articulate, commercial and have some knowledge and understanding of the markets you’ll be recruiting in.
