Job description
You will have a demonstrated proficiency and work experience in master data and reference data management design and development work. Ideally, it would be using SAP, but other cloud-based specialty MDM toolset skills are considered.Job Description:
- Technical SAP Master Data Management Lead to execute a data migration initiative entailing mass loading and transformation of customer data from one source system (SAP) to multiple target systems.
- This is in support of an acquisition effort and the customer is proceeding with this initiative to establish a baseline of clean master data. The right individual will have functional master data management experience including
- Experience implementing and auditing data strategies and implementing conversions for global customers.
- Ensure effective execution of migration initiative in line with as-is MDM strategy
- Project entails data loading for a new acquisition using multiple legacy systems using parent company source data
- Responsible for master data management using existing transformation processes
- Analyses transformation requirements and creates data construction processes that facilitate effective migration in accordance with as-is MDM strategy
- Ensures proper mapping from SAP source to legacy target systems
- Lead technical MDM resources with hand-on data mapping and data loads
- Tableau and Datawarehouse experience
