A number of office support opportunities have become available within the Property Sector for clients around the CBD!
 
Administration Assistant: Supporting a team of 10, you will be responsible for answering phones, general admin duties, formatting property details and scheduling viewings.
 
Receptionist: You will be the face of the company, meeting and greeting customers, answering/screening calls, transferring calls, booking meeting rooms, correspondence.
 
PA: As a PA to the CEO, you will be looking after all travel bookings and co-ordination, delivering a high level of support to the CEO, extensive diary management and report and presentation preparation.
 
All positions listed are temporary with a high chance of a permanent opportunity for the right candidate. These are full time positions, working 8am - 5:30pm, Monday – Friday, all based in the CBD.

The successful candidates will have a high attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills with strong MS Office skills. Knowledge and experience of working within the property sector is a must!
