You’ll work closely with experienced Directors and Managers across a diverse client base including SMEs, primary production, and privately owned businesses, gaining hands-on exposure to advisory, client strategy, and value-add work alongside your compliance responsibilities.

The role:
- Manage a portfolio of SME and privately owned clients
- Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns
- Work directly with clients on business performance and strategic planning
- Provide value-add advice across cashflow, structuring, and growth
- Support junior staff and contribute to team development
About you:
- 3–6+ years’ experience within public practice
- CA/CPA qualified (or close to completion)
- Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Keen to move into more advisory-focused work
- Looking for long-term progression within a stable and reputable firm
