About the Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage a diverse portfolio of clients and become a trusted advisor to businesses across various industries. You'll be responsible for building strong client relationships, overseeing compliance work, and providing strategic business advice to help clients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients across a broad range of industries.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
- Deliver high-quality compliance services while providing advisory support on business structuring, tax planning, and strategic matters.
- Review work prepared by junior team members and provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
- Effectively manage workflow, deadlines, and job budgets to ensure client expectations are met.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- At least 5 years’ experience within a public practice accounting environment in Australia
- Proven experience managing client relationships independently.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in advisory and value-added client services.
- Leadership qualities and a passion for mentoring and developing junior staff.
