About the Role
You will take ownership of a portfolio of clients and act as their main point of contact, developing strong relationships while supporting them with their accounting and broader business requirements. The role provides a balance of compliance and advisory work, with a strong focus on client interaction and growth. This role is a pathway to partnership for the correct individual.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing your own portfolio clients across a range of industries
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients and building long term relationships
• Delivering compliance work alongside advisory support such as structuring, planning, and client discussions
• Reviewing work completed by junior team members and providing mentorship
• Managing workflows, deadlines and job budgets with confidence
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
• 5+ years of strong public practice experience in Australia
• Confidence managing your own client relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive approach and interest in advisory work
• A natural mentor who enjoys helping others develop
