Job description
Ever fancied working for one of Australia's Largest Accounting Firms with a presence across the globe?Charterhouse Partnership Melbourne have partnered with an AFR Top 10 Accounting Firm who are currently on the look out for a Senior Accountant to join their busy Business Advisory division.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and working on complex files with varied tax issues, such as CGT, FBT, Division 7a, Section 100a and Tax Concessions. The portfolio is varied and offers some unique exposure rarely seen in most Accounting Firms, such as Ultra High Net Worth Family Groups, Multinationals and ASX Listed Clients. The role will offer a mix of compliance, advisory and review of Junior staff members, offering the opportunity to train Juniors and help shape your pathway to Supervisor.
About You:
- 4+ years' experience in Public Practice Accounting.
- CA or CPA Qualified or near completion.
- Exposure to working on large and complex client groups.
- Strong technical skills, particularly surrounding matters such as CGT and Division 7a.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to build relationships with clients.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Eagerness to progress and upskill.
- Experience working in another Mid Tier or Top 100 Accounting Firm is highly desirable!
